Keep records of each teams equipment.
Distribute at the beginning of the season, and collect at the end of the season or tournament, all equipment.
Advise board as to what needs to be replaced or repaired.
Check catalogs, etc. for prices of balls, etc.
Purchase necessary equipment.  (MUST have board approval prior to purchase.  Treasurer will supply check or funds for approved equipment only)
